When you don't want to send any email to a recipient, you can put them
on a suppression list. A global suppression list will stop all emails sent to them, regardless
of the topic used. A topic-level suppression list will only stop emails that are sent to that
topic.
If you do not want to send to a recipient anymore, rather than 'deleting' them, simply add them
to a suppression list.
