into each mailing to see the links they have clicked on. Symphonie also provides
the full conversation that occurs with the mail server, if desired, so your IT personnel
have all the tools they need to diagnose possible delivery problems.

the data in real-time.
Symphonie can automatically and securely read your data directly from your company
database. You can easily configure Symphonie to have read-only access to your recipient
data and all your demographics, so that valuable information can be leveraged for

programs. When Symphonie “talks” to your company data source, you are assured that
the list you are working from is always current and the most updated version, avoiding
sychronization issues.
It’s easy to import your recipients and demographics into Symphonie’s database.

the data is easy. Simply export your data into Comma Separated Values (CSV) and
