Manage access rights by configuring
every user’s permissions, access level and signoff authority. Symphonie lets you
enforce workflow sign-offs by setting different authorization levels for people
that queue the mailing to be sent from those who create it, for example. Symphonie
provides control permissions at every level, which is essential for large organizations
with email marketing programs that span the globe.
Symphonie’s audit logs help you create
a documentation trail and monitor the details of which users accessed, changed,
or affected system data, such as a mailing or segment. Every creation, edit, or
delete action is recorded in the system generating a detailed audit log of activity.
Audit logs help you establish documentation processes that meet your corporate compliance
objectives.
It’s easy to configure
and manage Symphonie’s email marketing features to optimize the mailings you send.
Customize "To" and "From" lines for
each mailing. Add additional headers as desired. Configure recency to avoid recipient
list fatigue. Import content from tools like DreamWeaver® or use the powerful editor
to create content. Configure retry intervals for mailings, as desired. Schedule
mailings to be delivered in the future, or to have a cut-off date for delivery.
Create your own segments, topics, campaigns, etc. as needed – you’re in control!
When using Symphonie’s
Email Marketing Licensed Software, you will find administrative capabilities that
put you in complete control of your email marketing programs.
- Manage ban settings to avoid attempting to send to domains or users that are spam
traps or competitors.
- Throttle sending speed to control the rate of mail sending, so you don’t overwhelm
your network resources.
- Symphonie's security features meet demanding network requirements, including encrypted
passwords, no SQL access from the web server, and LDAP and Active Directory integration
for single sign-in ability.
We built Symphonie’s administrative
tools with flexibility so you can configure and manage the software to customize
the functionality for your company's needs. Administrative feature highlights include:
- Standard Web Forms are integrated.
Symphonie Email Marketing Software includes standard forms for subscribing, unsubscribing
and for a recipient to view their settings. These can be customized by the administrator,
and used or not as desired. The standard forms are available in simple, ASP.NET
so they're easy to customize with extensive resources available in the community
that know the technology. You can also use our Web Services API to make these forms
available from Apache or other web servers.
- Email blocking tools to help configure
and manage blocking domains or prefixes that you don't want added to your recipient
list.
- Non-Delivery and Bounce Handling.
Symphonie will automatically handle all bounces and will put recipients on hold
to stop further delivery attempts after a user-configured number of failures are
reached. Store and view the actual bounce messages. If needed to clarify a sending
discrepancy, view the actual sending/receiving traffic details between the Symphonie
mail server and the recipient's mail server.
- FCC Wireless Bans. Choose whether
to exclude recipients who are on the FCC wireless ban on a mailing-by mailing basis.
- Avoid Abuse. Symphonie only accepts
unsubscribe requests via web links so recipients will not be maliciously unsubscribed
by email harvesting programs.
- Stop mailings in progress. Edit
the mailing and resume sending, make a new mailing of the non-delivered recipients,
or just completely stop the mailing.
- See real-time data about delivery,
open rates, etc., as the mailing is being sent.
