Symphonie 2.0

Our first release, Symphonie 1.0, was enthusiastically received by our customers and well rated by Jupiter Research. We continue to devote our efforts to improving our product and services. We are proud to present our new release with more robust and powerful features.

Integration with Salesforce.com   Salesforce users can now send to their contacts, leads, or accounts using the Symphonie interface located in a tab in the Salesforce interface. Track the results of sends within Salesforce, seeing the details of clicks and opens for each recipient. Create Salesforce Work Flow rules to automatically send mail from Symphonie whenever a specific Salesforce event happens, such as a record being saved or a field being edited.

Integration with Google Analytics   Easily add information to populate your Google analytics with information about the email campaign. With one click easily add reporting information that allows you to understand the behavior of users on your site. You can even combine completely dynamic customized landing pages with the Google Analytics data so recipients get the benefit of customized pages and the data is tracked in Symphonie and Google Analytics.

Heatmap Report   View the data about clicks superimposed over the rendered content. The color-coded data on the number of clicks is shown over the top of the link or image, so you can quickly and easily see the areas where recipients are clicking. Even works with completely dynamic content!

Content Checker   Run your html and plain text through the new content checker to look for potential issues that come up for email. The content checker looks for a variety of problems that frequently occur for content used in email, checks each of your links, and more.

View in a Web Page   Simply add a link using the wizard to direct users to the web version of your content. This feature even works with dynamic content, so you are not limited to just showing static pages. Create content that is dynamically determined uniquely for each recipient and still allow them to view that page in a web browser.

Link Expirations   This feature allows you to change a link destination after the email has been sent. If your web server is getting too much traffic or you want to remove a limited-time offer, simply set the new link in this window and all new clicks will get redirected to this new location. Great for retail and e-commerce customers.

  • Sampling - Reduce your recipient selection by random sample. Great for limited offers
  • Domain keys - Sign all messages with DomainKeys for better devliverability
  • New reports - New reports are available to help you further understand the reaction of your recipients
  • New abilities to combine logs and reporting for clustered versions of Symphonie.
