More Robust and Powerful Features in Goolara's New Release: Symphonie 2.0
Goolara Continues its Effort to Make Advance Email Marketing Simple
April 10, 2008, Alameda, CA.—For Immediate Release— Goolara, LLC announced the release
of the next version of Symphonie, their top-ranked email marketing solution. Symphonie
2.0 adds integration to salesforce.com, Google analytics, link expirations, and
a number of new reports and enhancements. “These enhancements are a combination
of features that customers asked for, plus information based on real-world experience
providing services for our customers,” said Philip Thorne, Goolara’s CEO. “When

The integration with salesforce.com allows users to send to their Salesforce recipients,
but still leverage the powerful segmentation features of Symphonie to easily target
based on behavioral criteria. In addition, rich and dynamic content can be sent
using Salesforce Work Flow rules to automate triggered mail from Salesforce.
The heatmap report gives a visual representation of your clickthrough data, even
with dynamic content, one of Symphonie’s most powerful features. The integrated
content checker will help ensure the message content is formatted for email, since
not all content created in HTML is appropriate for email. And the “view in a browser”
feature can be enabled with one-click to allow HTML, plain-text, or dynamic content
messages to be seen by recipient outside of their ISP-provided email client.
Links can now be set to expire and redirected to different locations based on dynamic
times entered by the administrator. And Google analytics are available to easily
provide information for customers that track website behavior using Google.
With a rich API and extensible architecture, Symphonie is a powerful platform for
integration, whether it is done by Goolara, such as the Salesforce integration,
